SSP - Saffron Sun x..... Perseids!?

I more did this for giggles, than as a serious SSP, since I doubt Perseids would have ANY interest in a rave pony like Saffron. (But hey, if Quartz likes it, I have no reason to argue! xD)
I hope the inclusion of a background is okay!
His cutie mark was SUPPOSED TO BE a red sun with glow sticks, but I couldn't make the glowsticks look good, and this happened by accident, so I gave up and left it like that.

Sex and/or gender: Male
Age: Young adult (i dunno, 23?)
Talent/personality: Saffron Sun is a rave pony, he sleeps all day and parties all night. He loves loud music, dancing, and accessorizing. He's flirty towards both stallions and mares, and never passes up an opportunity to have a good time, or to goad someone stubborn into letting loose "just this once". He's not above joining the residents of Ponyville in a musical sequence, or even starting one up himself, with a bit of posing here and there.
How they met:
Saffron Sun was at a party with a few of his friends, no different from any other night, when he noticed a stallion walking by, who almost blended in with the evening scenery. Long horn, soft mane, and graceful walk? It could be none other than the prince himself, the son of Princess Twilight Sparkle. Perseids. He'd never seen him in person, and certainly never from this close. The loud music faded from his mind as he watched the galaxy cutie mark shift with each step away Perseids took. Each bounce of that plush tail. 
Pelion looked at Saffron Sun, then Perseids, then back at his friend. "Um... Saff, are you alright..? You know he's not your type, right?"
"And way out of my league~..." Saffron Sun said, dreamily following after Perseids. "Hey handsome, where do you think you're going? Don't you want to come party?"
No doubt, the sudden voice behind him from the darkness must have startled the prince. "Oh, no thank you. It's late, I was just on my way home."
Saffron caught up with the purple stallion and walked beside him. "Mind if I walk with you, then? My name's Saffron Sun, but my friends call me Saff."
"Nice to meet you, Saffron Sun."
Saffron stumbled over his own hooves as Perseids said his name. That was strange, he'd never felt flustered over talking to someone before. Not since he was a small colt, anyway. It was then that he realized his cheeks felt very hot. Was he blushing?
"No, no." He said. "Like I just told you. My friends call me Saff. I've decided to make you my newest best friend." 
"Oh. Well... I'm home, now, so..."
Saffron Sun looked up at the crystal castle and felt his heart pound. He looked back down to see Perseids walking towards the entrance.
"Wait!" He galloped over to the prince and pulled off his blue glowstick bracelet, offering it to him. He began to hope he wasn't coming on too strong, Perseids seemed like a shy one compared to the sort of company Saffron was used to. "I'm usually out like a light during the day, so... Come find me tomorrow night? Nothing special, just to hang out."
